The worst was our brand new laundry unit doors. Only one item they pointed out themselves, saying sorry they had started to rush & didn't use a blanket on it. Chris was very quick to respond, helpful in answering all my questions, and was attentive throughout the process. The day-of team was also phenomenal! They were on time and loaded everything up quickly while handling my furniture with care. They also managed the 1.5-hour drive and a third-floor walk-up for drop off very well. I know it was a challenge. They put everything in the correct rooms, disassembled and reassembled the platform bed, and helped place the furniture correctly. They were fantastic to deal with the whole time—and nothing missing or damaged in the slightest. I definitely recommend MASS movers!! read less

I love having someone drive the truck and do the heavy lifting. I have never had an instance where they charged more than was quoted and often end up being charged less, as they ended up over predicting how much time would be needed. I have put this crew through the ringer a few times with some tricky stairs and heavy furniture and they handled it like champs! I feel safe and comfortable with this group when they show up and completely trust them with my stuff. I have verbally recommended them for years and am happy to do so online too.
